Despite
being a very profitable organisation Fujitsu suffers from the government’s tax
structure. Which affects its business
functions. This is due to the economy recovering from recession.
OPPORTUNITIES
Fujitsu
like many profitable organisations invest in research and development of new
technologies. Having Competitive advantages it is competent in its industry.
With it being in a highly intensified rivalled industry it has the
opportunities to acquire businesses to resist competitors and can venture into
new technology and provide new products and services that can reach into
emerging markets in the global market. Such as cloud technologies.
THREATS
However Fujitsu
is threatened by external business risks with competitors. Constant government
regulations threatens the profitably and also causes prices to fluctuate within
the industry between the suppliers and the buyers.
